About project
An elegant apartment in a modern style with neoclassical elements. There are a lot of eclectic details in the interior: materials of different colors and textures come together. Noble shades of furniture and décor elements create a cozy and relaxing atmosphere of the place. The accents of the interior are the panels on the walls. But the home is the bio fireplace, located in the heart of the apartment.
Plans
Area 133 m². We managed to design a private area with a bedroom. There is a dressing room and a spa zone adjoining the bedroom. A panoramic window with an amazing view of the yard, the park and the stadium is the highlight of the private area. Moreover, our clients will be able to enjoy the view not only from the bedroom but also from the bathroom and the sauna. Another feature of the plan is the ability to turn the office into a guestroom if somebody is staying late and wants to watch a movie or you just need a place to talk in private. A technical area (a dressing room, a laundry room) is next to the office. There is a guest bathroom.
