Before we sign a contract and start working, we make an introductory meeting where we discuss the stages of work, budget and design a brief of client’s wishes.

A good design project starts with detailed measurements taken by a professional. The plan by the Bureau of Technical Inventory or a developer’s plan is not enough. We have to take measurements by ourselves including the measurements of sewer pipes, hot and cold water supply, ventilation, house design features, the height of doors and windows, the ceiling height.

Based on the measurement plan we design at least 3 planning solutions that fit your lifestyle. Our work on a plan is rooted in a brief filled together with you and the ergonomics standards in order to create a functional and well-organized space

Upon the approval of the plans we start designing a concept of the future interior by creating a 3D-visualization (a three-dimensional image of each space at different angles) so that you could feel the atmosphere of the future interior.

We prepare a set of working drawings (35-45 pages), including all the necessary drawings, wall development, electrical plans, technical drawings, built in furniture drawings, etc. That’s everything you need to start a project realization. Prepared drawings will make everything clear for builders and contractors, thus ensuring a smooth renovation.

We will select materials, furniture, sanitary ware and everything to bring the project to life exactly like in visualizations. We will provide you with specifications including article numbers, quantity, delivery dates, cost and the name of the supplier. All that is left for you to do is to enjoy the project

Author’s supervision is an important step towards turning a picture into a dream interior. As part of author’s supervision we make a purchase schedule, control deliveries and review the progress. Moreover, we also deal with all the tasks beyond the design-project: we choose fabric, textile, finish and décor on site. We also make changes and prepare adjusted drawings, if necessary.
