About project
Work on the common area starts with the collection, which is then adjusted to a certain residential complex. The collection “Brass” was used for “Shishimskaya Gorka”. Fairly dark lighting, indirect ceiling light, abundance of mirrors, backlighting are inherent for this collection. All these details create a special atmosphere. There is a story behind the picture panels in the entrance halls and halls of the residential complex. Brusnika development, a decorative coating manufacturer Derufa organized a workshop with designers, bloggers and other public figures of the city in order to create these picture panels. As a result, the pictures were painted on the basis of sketches, prepared by Studio 40. The pictures were signed, scanned and then used to decorate the common area of the residential complex.
Plans
The relief of the residential complex determined the design. The fact that the entrance hall is lower than the yard entrance had to be taken into consideration while planning. We designed complex two-storey halls.
