About project
The project is in a modern style and it matches the spirit of the residential complex’s architecture. Abundance of details that fit in perfectly in the interior, complex combinations of wood and metal, unusual lights are distinctive features of this interior.
Plans
Area 104 m². Although the flat is not big, we managed to place a lot there. The interior is conditionally divided into a private and a public area. The public area is ready to welcome guests: there is a living room with a sofa and a chair, a spacious kitchen with a bar counter. There is a guest bathroom with a shower for the guests staying for the night. There are two doors between the living room and the bedroom. So, one of the family members won’t be disturbed by the noises from the living room in case one of the guests is staying up late. The public area is separated from the private area by a dressing room where apart from the storage system there is everything you need: an ironing system, a towel warmer and a utility closet. A spa zone in the private area includes adjoining rooms with a sauna, a bathroom and a toilet. In addition to the bathroom, there is a shower room: no need to wait for your turn to have a shower.
