The interior of the cottage was designed in conjunction with the building architecture. The concept is to create the atmosphere through the variety of volumes, materials, highlighting the features of the building architecture.
Plans
Area 255m² excluding the terrace.Planning solutions were developed to fit the client’s lifestyle. The first floor is a completely public area. There is a hookah cinema hall, a small office for private negotiations, a living room gradually turning into a kitchen-dining room; and a large terrace. There is a double-sided fireplace between the dining and the living rooms, which can be seen, while having dinner or relaxing on the sofa in the living room. An interesting detail in the living room is a double sided sofa with one side to the TV and another one to the fireplace. The second floor is a private area with bedrooms. There are two guestrooms where guests can stay if it’s late. There is a spacious dressing room with an island for accessories and a bathroom with a large window in a master’s bedroom.
